Hong Bi Luo Black Tea - 2oz

Like the famous Pi Lo Chun green tea, Hong Bi Luo's leaves are twisted into a lovely and unusual snail shape. The tea infuses to a gorgeous red copper with a nose of spice and vanilla. The taste is similar to that of a Yunnan gold, though with a slightly bitter backnote and a touch of malt.

Brewing: 1 tsp, 212 degrees, 3 minutes, 2 infusions

Brewing vessel: ceramic or Yixing clay teapots are preferred

Storage: Keep Lapsan Souchong cool and dry with no direct exposure to sunlight. Keep it away from other spices.
